Email

  • If we host your domain, or you have an '@pctrendsmail.com' email address, you can login to our webmail service at: http://pctrendsmail.com.
    Advanced users can access email using IMAP from mail.*yourdomainname*:143. For example: if your domain name is abc.com, your IMAP server address is mail.abc.com:143

eTicket Support System (Fault Reporting)

  • Our eTicket system can be used to report faults to a technical support representative. To log or track an eTicket, visit the eTicket Support System sub-site.

Remote Support

  • Using our Remote Support Client (RSC), we can connect to your PC to diagnose and repair faults. To find out more, or to download the software, visit the Remote Support page.

Remote Desktop

  • Using our Remote Desktop Web Connection page, you can connect to systems running Remote Desktop/Terminal Services. You'll need an Active-X capable browser (For example, Microsoft Internet Explorer)
