Email
- If we host your domain, or you have an '@pctrendsmail.com' email address, you can login to our webmail service at: http://pctrendsmail.com.
Advanced users can access email using IMAP from mail.*yourdomainname*:143. For example: if your domain name is abc.com, your IMAP server address is mail.abc.com:143
Online Support Reporting & Tracking
- Our Call Tracker system can be used to request support or track an existing call. Please visit the Call Tracker sub-site.
Remote Support
- Using our remote support tool (Ammyy/Amy), we can connect to your PC to diagnose and repair faults. To find out more, or to download the software, visit the Remote Support page.
Remote Desktop
- Using our Remote Desktop Web Connection page, you can connect to systems running Remote Desktop/Terminal Services. You'll need an Active-X capable browser (For example, Microsoft Internet Explorer)
